Busy

Hi all, sorry for the slow updates around here for the past few weeks. As my school term approaches the end, the amount of work has increased to an almost insane degree. I’ve been sleeping at 5/6am for a few nights days in a row.

I made a major decision about my future course work, which means that I’d be completing the degree in 4 years instead of 3.5 (darn!). I’m seriously one confused dude. Sometimes, one has to make a tough choice like this in life. I just don’t want to waste my time in school not learning anything.

With that, please hang around while I try and survive these few weeks. Will try to post something and reply to the comments over the weekend (once two deadlines are met).

Thanks to the random people who volunteered 5 minutes for this image. It was meant for a class project but our idea got canned in the end. Nevertheless, it encapsulates how we all feel at the moment.

p.s. Does anyone have a good-conditioned Mamiya RB67 outfit sitting around? I’m in the market for one but most evilbay vendors don’t seem too happy shipping to Asia. Please drop me a line at info_NOSPAM@chngyaohong.com if you do (remove _NOSPAM). Thanks!

good luck with your exams … i’m going to start back to university on monday after an 11 year break, been trying to read the text books in advance as the clases are all in thai which is not my native language so i’m rather nervous about it.

anyway, i’ve reworked my site and added some new projects … would love to hear your feedback once school slows down.

    Hi YH

Met you during NHeng’s class – when you were assisting with the Fluoros.
Anyway – reasonable good conditioned RBs can be found near cathay photo and in peninsula. The best thing is that you can get to try them. Also, you can look at Cathay’s clearance corner. They were getting rid of a whole KIT for ridiculous prices. See here: http://www.cathayphoto.com.sg/specialoffers/brand/mamiya

    Hope this helps!

    HI EJ,
Thanks for the heads up. :)

But I’m more of bargain hunting at the moment, trying very hard to find something at a really low price. I will go down and ask the shops around peninsula once my exams end (if the pay checks come in…)
