Dear all, apologies for the lack of updates (once again) in the past week. I’ve sort of shot myself in the foot with the incredibly tight schedule that I will be experiencing in the coming weeks. Anyway, I visited the Singapore Biennale over the weekend. I thought that it was a big improvement from the inaugural show in 2006. Thoroughly stimulated my brain cells and gained another level of appreciation for contemporary art. The venues were well-chosen and some even managed to blend in with the works, adding new layers of meaning. Hope over to the website for more information!
I will be writing a review on the photographic exhibits soon and hopefully make it for inclusion into a print publication (details soon!). I’m terrifically amazed at all the emails that are coming in and apologize for not replying to them sooner. I will get down to it once I sort out all the loose ends, so please forgive me!
