I’m rather busy over the weekend with a few deadlines and tests hanging over my head. But I’d like to share some random links to keep you entertained.
Kantor Berita MES 56 is a blog run by a contemporary photography collective, Ruang Mes 56, from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. There’s a new international photography competition in Malaysia – the KL Photo Awards 09, which is open for entries right now. Seth Godin on (not) making money and art. A freaky mixed media sculpture by Korean artist Chun Sung-Myung. Dossier Journal is out with their second issue. One of the coolest usage of wireless flash that won a pair of PocketWizards from Strobist. I’m lusting over a Panasonic Lumix LX3 because it’s getting expensive to develop and scan film from my carry-around. The Sigma DP2 is cool too (annoyingly slow-paced flash site). While I’m at that, I think I need to replace my working camera with this one. Donations are very much appreciated! Not much hope on that with the current financial crisis and those sad guys on trading floors.
