Apologies for the lack of updates here recently. I’ve been on a secret mission.
Tired of getting comments that the old portfolio was buggy and didn’t work across many browsers, I decided that some things needed to go. I planned for the change to take place months ago but only had some free time recently.
After working at such a feverish pace for the past few weeks, I’m proud to unveil my newest baby!
I’ve gone for a cleaner layout this time round and opted for a php/mysql driven site. FYI, it’s XHTML 1.0 and CSS Level 2.1 valid. It really stokes the inner geek’s ego to complete a project that conforms to standards.
For the portfolio itself, I removed a number of works and added new images to some series. I hope that the current site is a better representation of my works. Now that this task is completed, I will have to find some time to shoot more personal work!

It’s looking great, Yaohong. I’m also in the middle of redesigning my own site, and if I had any web programming knowledge, I’d be in complete control too (which is how I like it).
PS. Your Future and Shadows series is really interesting.

that is just a gorgeous and clean site. it’s easy on the eyes, uncluttered and gives more focus on the images.
