Le Popil Gallery

Le Popil Gallery is a gallery opened by a French photographer, Stéphane Janin, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It showcases works by Cambodian and overseas photographers. You can view works by John Vink, Vandy Rattana and Mak Remissa on the gallery’s website.

Can’t believe I actually missed the place during my visit last year, was probably too busy doing all the touristy stuff. I will definitely pay a visit the next time I go to Phnom Penh.

Edit: Apparently the gallery is no longer operational. Credit goes to Mr Vink for the information.

Actually the Popil photogallery has ceased to exist after one year. Stéphane Janin has left Cambodia.
