I love Rinko's work. I'm a serious collector of Asian art and I was having a hard time finding her prints for purchase in the U.S. I was told to contact Mountain Fold Gallery, that they have access to her work and also her books. They were very helpful, their contact info: ask@mfoldgallery.com

I can't really understand photograpy.
I just like these pictures.
They have some power. And that power can make people happy. They touched us.

And you, you are the creator of them.

Thank you for giving us so splendid works.
Thank you, Rinko.

Wow...it's nice.
I like all of them, but especially Second one(old woman) is the best shot I felt.
I don't know why, but every Rinko's photogragh is warmly.

My wife and I went to Rinko Kawauchi's opening in NYC on October 11th 2007 at the Cohan and Leslie gallery. We were able to meet her and her publisher Masakazu Takei, and they were both extremely nice and gracious. Her new work was amazingly beautiful. If you are in NYC and happen to be in Chelsea, I highly recommend taking the time to see her prints in the flesh.
