Jean Loo – Children of Mekong

Children of Mekong is a touching photography exhibition highlighting the water and sanitation issues in rural Asia through the lens of award-winning female photographer Jean Qingwen Loo. From the floating communities in Cambodia to Vietnam?s rice fields and China?s mountain villages, the exhibition hopes to create conversation about life in the less developed parts of Asia.

This project was commissioned by Lien Aid, a Singapore-based NGO that seeks to build a firm foundation for human development by making safe water and sanitation accessible and affordable to poor communities in Asia.

Exhibition will be held at Objectifs Gallery from Nov 19 to Dec 3. Exhibition and website contains a mix of multimedia presentations and stills.
