Sam Kang Li

It’s like this all the time. I find somebody really interesting that I want to post about but life gets the better of me and I keep pushing it back. Now that I have made a conscious effort not to do any work tonight, I’m presenting to you a young photojournalist from my nation city.

Sam Kang Li, is a final-year undergraduate at NTU. I find his portfolio, especially his Nepal work, very impressive. He interned in Nepal (with a friend of mine) as a photojournalist in 2008, a year that saw Nepal overthrow the ruling monarch and held its Constituent Assembly election.

His other work is equally cool too. You definitely have to check his website out. I guess I’m just very happy to discover such talent from my small city (plus I’m insanely jealous of him). Check out Polo with an Attitude and his Afghanistan travelogue. (See why I am jealous?)
